Richard A. "Rick" Wood, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 15, 2016, at St. Mary's Medical Center, West Palm Beach, FL. Rick was born and educated in Hamilton, N.J., and graduated from Rutgers University School of Pharmacy before moving to Florida in 1980. He was predeceased by his father, Albert Wood; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Alice Brower; and his paternal grandparents, Albert and Dorothy Wood. He is survived by his wife, Karen; sons, Ryan (wife, Alana) and Justin Wood; his mother, Charlene Wood; sister, Lori (husband, Edward) Wisniewski; brother, Ronald (Sandi) Wood, and numerous other family members. Services will be in Stuart FL, with burial in Palm Bay, FL.

Rick Wood was a good guy. He was an outstanding golfer and good overall athlete. Hadn't seen him in many years.
